WEST COASTWINDOW WASH

FAQ

Questions about photo-priced window cleaning

How does a quote from photos work?

Walk around your house and take one photo of each side. We count the windows in each photo, show you the count so you can fix anything we missed, and lock a price before we arrive. It takes about two minutes.

What if the count is different when you get here?

The price you see is locked as long as the photos match the house. If we find windows the photos could not show, we add them at the same per-window rate before we start, never after.

I have windows behind bushes or a fence. Do they count?

Yes. The review step has a hidden-windows field for each side, and an "other windows" field for skylights, dormers, and basement wells. Add them there and the price updates.

Do you clean screens?

Yes. Screens come off, get washed, and go back on. It is part of every job, inside or out.

What does inside-and-out include?

Both faces of every window, the tracks, and the sills, at $10 per window. Outside only is $5 per window. Either way the job minimum is $50.

How often should windows be cleaned in Spokane?

Twice a year keeps most homes clear: once after the pine pollen in late spring, and once after wildfire-smoke season in early fall. Homes near busy roads or under ponderosas may want a third visit.

How many windows does a typical house have?

A 2,000 square foot two-story home usually has 15 to 25. A single-story ranch, 10 to 16. The photo count tells you exactly, so you do not have to guess.

What if it rains?

We still come. We rinse with purified water that dries without spots, and a little rain does not undo the work. In a downpour we will text or email to move the time.

How do I pay?

After the job, once you have looked it over. Card, check, or cash. Nothing is charged when you book.

Can I cancel or move my appointment?

Yes. Reply to your confirmation email or call us. There is no fee to reschedule.
